Wedding Vows

Throughout history the wording of wedding vows was quite traditional, carefully treasured and preserved by minister, priests and rabbis. Whenever these clergymen were called on to perform a wedding, the couple accepted the traditional wording without question. In recent times wedding vows began to evolve from traditional to non-traditional. In fact, today most couples personalize their vows, composing them from their hearts to express their deep feelings of love and commitment to one another. The following are possibilities to consider and work from to create your own. They are broken down in two ways; to 'REPEAT ' after the officiant or to answer as a simple 'I DO'
